TWC Services seeks an enthusiastic person with strong computer and organizational skills! Partnering with service operations management, the Estimator researches parts & gathers quotations to provide accurate estimates to our clients. HVAC experience required. Examples of duties include: procures parts-materials-tools, conducts customer service follow-up, maintains refrigerant tracking log, facilitates the administration of warranty claims, receives/reconciles completed work orders, maintains up-to-date client account information and prepares quotes & proposals.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 yrs. HVAC/R industry experience in service operations and/or coordination
* Creates quotes from existing service work orders using our quoting database as directed by the Service Department.
* Procures required items, performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery, and advises the proper individual of the arrival of ordered items.
* Capable of managing many diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
* Strong computer and organizational skills
* Basic project accounting or costing principles
* Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
* Excellent phone and communication skills
* Strong attention to details
* Conscientious, team player
* Clean driving record
* Clear background check and drug screen
