**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Summary:** The Inventory Technician, with a floating shift, provides the daily tracking and inventory of materials and products in compliance with the State of Pennsylvania rules and regulations, the movement of products among facilities, and the accurate fulfillment of orders to dispensaries. The successful candidate will possess a passion for numbers and organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to continually learn more about the processes of a cultivation production facility, the medicine it offers and the documentation of those subjects. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. The floating shift position requires one month of fully supervised first shift training prior to overlapping.

**Duties and Responsibilities** (Including the following, other duties may be assigned): The main responsibilities of the Inventory Technician include assisting in the execution of a variety of daily tasks which are vital to tracking the production of the highest quality medicine and ensuring accurate fulfillment of dispensary orders. This overlapping shift, after training, offers enhanced insight of processing coverage across both the first and second shift teams. Duties of this unique position will focus on custom package label printing and the quality control verification of said labels while confirming finished product quantities.

**Basic Inventory Duties:**

* Supports Inventory Team in third party laboratory test sampling

* Conducts regular verifications on plant and final product counts, to include the use of scanning technology

+ This position focuses on the quality control verification of package labeling during finished product quantity confirmations.

* Maintains a clean, safe environment in the companys secure storage area and other areas of inventory use

* Follows all company guidelines for biosecurity, cleanliness, and workplace safety

**Administrative Duties:**

* Accurately enters all product, plant and plant material changes into the electronic tracking system in a timely manner as directed by the Sr Inventory and Fulfillment Manager **(SIFM)**, Order Fulfillment Manager **(OFM),** or Inventory Lead **(IL)**

* Works with established software and coding practices to create and provide packaging labels for both the first and second shift Processing teams.

* Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly counts and reports to be turned in to the **SIFM**

**Additionally:** Assist in the completion of packaging tasks at the direction of the **SIFM** according to company needs and the production schedule as it pertains to upcoming orders and other duties as needed.

**Basic Qualifications:**

**Education:**

* High school diploma or equivalent - **Required**

* Associate degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related field - **Preferred**

**Work Experience:**

* Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges

* Minimum 2-years of experience in inventory, warehousing, data entry, accounting, or related field - **Required**

**Required Knowledge:**

* Knowledge of basic computer & office equipment operations (Google Suite; Sheets, Docs, Drive. Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Office Equipment; Copiers, Printers, Telephone Systems).

* Basic Math required for inventory, projections, and measurements.

**Skills and Abilities:**

* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent time-management skills; Ability to effectively plan and prioritize

* Excellent analytical and reporting skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality, Absolute reliability and honesty

* Ability to focus, with excellent attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team; Ability to communicate clearly and calmly

* Ability to remain calm in periods of high stress or unusual activity

* Ability to interpret and modify basic code language (ZPL) preferred

* Skill in managing physical resources (inventory, equipment, materials)

* Skill at computer systems and scanning technology

* Skill with tracking systems; MJ Freeway Platform preferred

**Physical Requirements:**

* Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching

* Extended time sitting, typing and navigating computer systems

* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet

* Close visual focus and reading required

* This position often requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to sort, label and pack.
