**MORE ON THE ROLE:**
You'll be on an important part of a client's care team by providing housekeeping services at our facility in West Saint Paul. Your role is to ensure the client's and facility's environment is in order. You will work hands-on with clients and utilize interpersonal skills to address issues, such as client service refusal, to ensure you're able to care for their health and wellbeing.
Housekeeping services include:
* Mopping, vacuuming, dusting
* Sanitizing client apartments, bathrooms, and common areas
* Doing laundry and linens
**You will also be trained in Home Health Aide cares as a back-up.**
**SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Physically mobile, able to lift up to 25lbs and climb stairs
* Must pass a DHS background check
**SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:**
In this full-time role you are able to create your own schedule! Here are the parameters:
* Total hours worked in a week must total 40
* Hours worked must be between 8:00am-8:00pm
* Weekdays, weekends or a combination of both - the choice is yours
* Upon hire, the schedule you create will become your set schedule
* $16-$17+, dependent on experience
