Job Details

A well-known personal injury law firm seeks legal assistant to assist in a variety of functions under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal. This individual will assist in various roles including new client intakes, updating client files, requesting medical records, preparing demand letters, client communications, and other aspects of personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Opening new files and handling new case files.
• Handle communication with clients
• Requesting & Updating Medical Bill, Medical Records and saving them into the firm database
• Preparing basis notices and pleadings.
• Basic Court filings in State and Federal Court
• Locate and develop case-relevant information

Qualification

• Experience three years in the legal field
• Familiarity with personal injury law, legal procedures, and protocols
• Detail Oriented and a team player.
