Aquant is taking off like a rocket ship join us for the ride! Were looking for passionate problem-solvers to join our venture-backed technology company for our next phase of rapid growth. Were looking for an Inside Sales Representative, who will be responsible for scaling our SMB offering, growing our user base and ensuring our SMB customers are off to a good start.

** Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this position will be remote until it is safe for Aquant to reopen our office, at which we will transition into a hybrid mode.

Responsibilities:

* You'll work with small business owners via phone and video to educate, strategize, and successfully sell Aquants Service Hero offering through a high volume of outbound sales calls

* Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key!

* Partner with Marketing to leverage content in order to cultivate and convert leads into clients (ie. end-to-end sales cycle)

* Engage with prospects through outbound calling, social media, and email

* Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate prospects on the value and features of our product

The Ideal Candidate:

* 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

* You are a persistent self-starter with a great attitude and hunter mentality

* Youre keen on turning feedback into action and continuous self-improvement- you dont take rejection personally

* You hold a sense of urgency and have the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

* You are a strong communicator - you have great interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills

* You can work independently and collaborate with a team

* Youre naturally curious and like to ask as many questions as it takes to find the answer
