LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the search for a Financial Services Representative to assist their client in Columbus, OH. This position will assist wealth management clients that account balances, setting up new accounts and collecting financial information. There will be communication via phone and email with clients so strong communication is key. This is a direct hire opportunity and will offer a laid back company culture!
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming emails and calls from wealth management clients
- Assist with account balances, collecting information for new accounts and answering basic questions
- Assist with the transfer of accounts
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Wealth Management industry
- At least 2 years of account support experience
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous exposure to financial documents/industry is helpful
- Organized and detail oriented
