Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Elizabeth Rook Insurance in Covington, TN. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, processing insurance policies and claims, and assisting with policy renewals and changes. You will also collaborate closely with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure client needs are met.

- Knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance
