Position: National Technologies Project Manager

As a member on the National Project Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading project management endeavors for our national clientele, encompassing the repair, maintenance, and installation of infrastructure cabling and technology equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate project costs and formulate proposals for clients.
  • Oversee national technology / low voltage projects.
  • Facilitate clear communication of project expectations.
  • Utilize experience and available tools to monitor project progress and ensure desired goals are met.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
  • Strive for unparalleled customer service by continuously enhancing service standards and addressing customer needs.
  • Contribute customer-centric insights to strategic planning and business reviews.
  • Develop and execute action plans, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional engagement.
  • Foster positive communication channels with employees, departments, clients, and vendors.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership acumen.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with diverse perspectives.
  • Effective organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Familiarity with industry contracts and negotiation skills preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five years of technology installation field experience.
  • Two years in an estimating/project management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record with no major violations.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.


Desired Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 3 to 5 years of strong project management skills, preferably in the deployment of technology as described above strongly preferred.
  • Full-project lifecycle experience with national rollouts, MAC work, and related projects is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and methodologies.
