Position: National Technologies Project Manager

As a member on the National Project Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading project management endeavors for our national clientele, encompassing the repair, maintenance, and installation of infrastructure cabling and technology equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate project costs and formulate proposals for clients.
- Oversee national technology / low voltage projects.
- Facilitate clear communication of project expectations.
- Utilize experience and available tools to monitor project progress and ensure desired goals are met.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
- Strive for unparalleled customer service by continuously enhancing service standards and addressing customer needs.
- Contribute customer-centric insights to strategic planning and business reviews.
- Develop and execute action plans, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional engagement.
- Foster positive communication channels with employees, departments, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in process improvement, decision-making, and project management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership acumen.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with diverse perspectives.
- Effective organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry contracts and negotiation skills preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Five years of technology installation field experience.
- Two years in an estimating/project management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record with no major violations.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Desired Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
- 3 to 5 years of strong project management skills, preferably in the deployment of technology as described above strongly preferred.
- Full-project lifecycle experience with national rollouts, MAC work, and related projects is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of general accounting practices and methodologies.
