We re looking for a Vice President of Marketing to drive the strategy and execution of Oomnitza s marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, full ownership of Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing and Category Creation.
The role is both strategic and tactical and requires a flexible and adaptive approach in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, cross-group collaborator who can successfully work across the team to drive results. This person will work closely with sales, product, and other executives to drive these programs.This is a hybrid role located in San Francisco or New York City.
Responsibilities:- Own the lead journey from development of targeted campaigns to lead hand-off
- Develop and execute an innovative demand generation strategy that aligns with Oomnitza s business goals and targets, leveraging a variety of approaches including account-based marketing, email, paid media, events, webinars, etc.
- Establish scalable processes in the martech stack to ensure best practices in campaign and operations management.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, including internal team members, contractors, and agencies; effectively managing resources for campaigns, events, digital advertising, creative development, and other projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the mission of category creation and market awareness of the category
- Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation strategies and campaigns, continuously optimizing for performance.
Qualifications:- 10+ years in demand generation and marketing programs in B2B technology
- 3+ years in executive, managerial, or people leadership capacities
- Strong project manager with the ability to manage several workflows simultaneously
- Successful track record in creating and executing integrated campaigns
- Experience with managing digital ads (LinkedIn, Google, etc)
- Experience with managing ABM programs and platforms
- Analytical mindset; ability to review metrics and make recommendations for improvements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to communicate at many levels conceptually and tactically including strategies, messaging, plans, activities, metrics, etc.
- Creativity around how prospects and customers are engaged to feed A/B testing and continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Must be ambitious, curious, execution-oriented, supportive, and have a can-do attitude

The base salary range for this position is: $180-245k
