We also provide temporary staffing solutions for senior-level consultants in the Life Sciences industries, including Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. As a Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and candidates. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess the ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge compared to job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Source suitable technical consultants through various channels, including databases, referrals, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Review technical competencies and skill levels to determine which consultants would be the best fit for our clients.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to gather information about their abilities, qualifications, and skills.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match them with open positions.
  • Create written reports that detail candidate advantages and disadvantages.
  • Complete paperwork for new hires.
  • Maintain a strong digital presence to stay on top of network-building activities to place candidates into the right roles.
  • Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience conducting different types of interviews.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to analyze a person and a situation.
  • Negotiation and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
