Located on the west side of Kansas City, we are geographically centered to deliver throughout the Midwest.
Position:
Part-Time Facility Maintenance Technician for wholesale greenhouse facility. Duties include facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance and repairs. 20 - 30 hours per week, which can vary with workload.
Requirements:
- Experience in general plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and construction.
- Perform essential preventative maintenance and repairs on machines, equipment, and building.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and other construction and building functions.
- Promote a safe work environment and abide by company SOP and safety policies.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme seasonal temperatures.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and maintenance tools/equipment.
- Must be available to respond quickly in an emergency, notify appropriate staff and follow all safety protocols.
