Project Manager Concrete Construction
J. L. Marshall and Sons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take a leadership role on our management team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record managing complex projects on time and on budget. We are seeking a team player with a bachelor s degree in engineering, construction management, or with an equivalent background in coursework and/or job experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing the construction of complex commercial structures. We welcome applications from project managers employed by general contractors, as well as from individuals who have served as construction managers.
Prior field experience (particularly in downtown locations) is always a plus, as is military construction battalion experience.
We are a full-service union concrete contractor located in Seekonk, MA, servicing clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and southern New Hampshire. Our projects include sports arenas, university buildings, public and private schools, industrial facilities, hospitals, and high-rise residential and office buildings.
