(Senior) Scientist Formulation
Location: Washington
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000+ bonus + excellent benefits
Looking for a hard-working and motivated Scientist to become part of a fast-growing Biotech in the Seattle, Washington area. Candidates who have a background in early-stage development, Biologics, specifically mAbs and ADCs, and previous experience in industry are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Support drug design and formulation throughout preclinical and clinical development for Biologic programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Process & Analytical Development teams
- Act as the lead for Formulation pre-clinical and clinical development & stability studies
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Masters in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or another related field
- 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
- Experience with early-stage development is highly preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different teams
- Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow-through on deadlines with minimal supervision.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
