Sales Trainer


Job Details

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that assist internal and external teams and individual stakeholders (e.g. HBF sales teams, customer care teams, independent retail partners) in their transition to new technology capabilities and features.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on company products, business practices, industry context, competitive information, and other topics as needed.
  • Monitor and report on metrics to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Conduct skill gap and needs analysis to inform the creation or administration of new training programs.
  • Work closely with CX team and HBG Tech leadership to collaborate on initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s (4 year) degree with a preference for business, sales, economic, marketing, or similar majors.
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
  • Typically requires 4 -7 years of related experience.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. P03-Senior (Career Level).
  • 5 years of experience in Consulting or Training role
  • Prior knowledge sharing and learning experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel and flexibility with scheduling.
  • Must have great communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Great attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Skilled in building rapport with a range of audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task while delivering quality results.
  • Willingness to learn, hard-working, determined, and assertive.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Salesforce experience preferred; general technical skills required.


Physical Demands:


  • Commercial airline and automobile travel required.
  • Work primarily involves sitting / standing.



Travel Requirements:

  • Travel typically 50% home / 50% on the road up to 75% on the road.
