Marketing & Property Management Assistant

LHH is partnering with a long established real estate firm to find their next Marketing & Property Management Assistant to support their a commercial mixed-use. The role will be based onsite at the property.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing content and events, property management coordination and administrative support under the guidance of a Sr. Property Manager. A strong marketing background with an interest in commercial real estate is strongly preferred.


Responsibilities


  • Orchestrate monthly tenant event and develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and drive foot traffic to the property
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns across various channeling including print, digital, social media, and email marketing
  • Organize and promote events and promotions to engage customers and increase sales for retail tenants
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Administrative coordination of the property and tenant documentation
  • Inspections: daily M-F site visits to spot-check cleanliness, landscaping, trash, glass, etc.
  • Monthly full property detailed building inspection and monthly janitorial inspection
  • Review Work Order Reports on a daily basis and identify trends in the Work Orders
  • Assist PM with third-party vendor oversight
  • Support Building Engineers as necessary to coordinate vendors for immediate service for minor repairs (plumbing, roof, etc.)
  • Perform move-out walk-through with tenant when they are vacating the property; prepare appropriate move-out form for tenant s signature


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing and property experience
  • Commercial background highly preferred
  • BA degree
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
