Inventory Control Specialist

We are looking for an Inventory Controls Specialist to oversee inventory transactions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead a team to maintain accurate inventory records.


Responsibilities:

  • all inbound and internal inventory transactions
  • secure transportation of inventory items
  • staff activities and make decisions regarding hiring, discipline, and advancement
  • for product receipt and update information in ERP and systems
  • physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • inventory evaluation procedures and research discrepancies
  • staff on standard operating procedures and product knowledge
  • compliance with regulations and company policies
  • and update standard operating procedures


Qualifications:

  • years of inventory control/management experience
  • in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • working in industries with strong compliance and regulatory oversight
