Project Developer - Pennsylvania
My client is Community Solar and Utility Scale developer. They are looking for a Senior Project Developer - Community Solar to join their upbeat and nimble team, and grow their PJM and MISO portfolio.
The (Senior) Project Developer will be supporting the overall growth of the company s renewable project portfolio. More importantly, they are responsible for identifying, planning, and executing utility scale and community solar projects from inception to Notice to Proceed (NTP). This role requires a combination of land acquisitions / real estate, landowner engagement, and permitting expertise. There will be an emphasis on the PJM and MISO markets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years' experience in Community Solar Project Development.
- Proven track record taking projects from origination through to NTP or assisting at several parts of the development life cycle.
- Knowledgeable of the PJM renewables market including permitting processes, policies, etc. (MISO a plus)
- Experienced with real estate or land acquisitions, and lead generation.
- Excited to work in a small, fast-paced team environment.
