**Job Description**

The Retail Account Representative is responsible for achieving territory point of sale (POS) targets by developing territory plans driven by local qualitative and quantitative insights, developing excellent customer relationships, participating in product knowledge training, increasing and improving the in-store presence of Moen products, and assisting customers in aisle while offering feedback on existing territory conditions.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional service including marketing and merchandising tactics that improve POS productivity, product knowledge and selling sessions.

* Ensure product display functionality. Manage merchandising and inventory (i.e. inventory reconciliation, out of stocks, New Low Price (NLPs) as well as support marketing and promotional programs for each customer base.

* Participate in special projects, including but not limited to new store set ups, overnight resets, tradeshows and weekend events as required.

* Assist in the development and set-up of product line and customer specific plan-o-grams.

* Assist in the development and model prototype creation of displays and Point of Purchase (POP) for in-store use (i.e. end-caps, wing stacks, off shelf, cross-merchandising)

* Manage an expense plan budget and maintain company property in new and 100% operating condition

* Run standard and ad-hoc reporting as required.

* Expand customer base to manage additional store accounts if required/assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Business, or Marketing is required. In lieu of a degree, must possess an additional 5 years of experience working in an in-store merchandising service or field sales position.

* No prior experience is required with a Bachelors degree; the idea candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing and 2 years of in-store merchandising service or field sales experience.

* Must possess a valid drivers license issued by the state in which you are working.

* Must be comfortable presenting in front of an audience.

* Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Possess a proven track record of superior customer service and sales accomplishment.

* Ability to build in-store displays and prototypes using hand/power tools.

* Moderate to heavy lifting up to 50 pounds (i.e. faucet master packs, vanity mirrors) as well as climbing tall ladders to down stock.

* Overnight travel (including air) and willingness to work non-standard hours as required.
