H weler + Yoon is a Boston-based architectural design firm of 20+ employees committed to transformational impact in the built environment and design excellence across multiple scales. Founded and led by Partners Eric H weler and J. Meejin Yoon, the studio has built a reputation for work that is research-driven, socially engaged, and formally innovative. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and responsible Senior Architect(s) with 10+ years of experience for our office in Boston, MA.

Qualifications:

Professional degree and 10+ years of qualified experience
Experience as a project manager in leading small- to large-scale buildings working on all phases of a single project is preferred
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines, and ability to be flexible
Excellent communication, collaboration, and management skills with clients, consultants, H+Y leadership, and the design team
Lead the development of design in compliance with projects objectives, budget, and schedule as well as building codes and other regulatory requirements
Excellent design and graphic skills, with the ability to participate in the conceptualization and design of complex projects from pre-design through construction documents phases
Providing technical guidance and innovative technical solutions to complex design challenges
Significant experience with the later phases including construction documentation and administration
Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD preferred
Strong work ethics, being proactive, flexible, and self motivation is essential
A willingness to train and mentor team members as well as engage in professional development for the office as a whole
