Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating with vendors, customers, installation technicians
regarding the install of purchased tech products
Track and assist in scheduling technicians for multiple jobs
Ensure installation is completed within a specified time frame or be capable of
meeting deadline obligations
Reviewing and approving photos of installed equipment and materials
Provide basic reporting recaps for all installs to ensure overall improvement in
processes
Responsible for conducting site surveys
Resolve routine to complex customer problems through telephone discussions,
remote desktop tools, live chat, and email.
Preferred Experience
Previous roles in cabling installation extremely valuable
Experience in help desk or a call center environment
Experience with Google docs, spreadsheets, email and excel
Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
