**C3/SOC Customer Service Alarm Agent- Nights**

This is a Non-Exempt position starting at **$17.85** an hour

The **C3/SOC** **Customer Service Alarm Agents** processes incoming signals in adherence to policy and follow designated procedures. Alarm Monitoring Agents will respond and communicate with Interfaces customers in a positive and pleasant manner.

Training is provided!

**C3/SOC Customer Service Alarm Agent-Nights****:**

* Process incoming alarm signals, example- burglary or fire alarms

* Dispatch proper authorities and notify responsible parties

* Run and complete shift reports

* Communicate with previous shift and handle what needs to be done

* Answer phones

* Follow up with customers on problems

* Control nuisance and/or faulty equipment by issuing service tickets

* Log all shift activity

* Train new employees

* Other duties as assigned by Management

* Work night shift 5:00 PM CST- 01:30 AM CST or 6:00 PM- 6:00AM

**Job Requirements**

**C3/SOC CUSTOMER SERVICE ALARM AGENT QUALIFICATIONS:**

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* Previous Customer Service Experience a plus!

**SKILLS and ABILITIES**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work with customers over the phone in all manner of conditions

* Customer service skills

* Ability to work some holidays

* Ability to work without direct supervision

* Computer skills
