CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Biomedical Data Analyst for a full-time remote position. This opportunity is available to candidates who are Green Card holders or US citizens residing in AZ, TX, FL, GA, NC, SC, IN, or KY. Below are the details of the role:


**Job Title:** Biomedical Data Analyst


**Location:** Remote (Open Time Zone)


**Ideal Candidate:**

- Database, programming, and data visualization experience (e.g., SAS, R, R-shiny, Tableau).

- 4 or more years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in drug development.

- Preferred Doctoral degree or master s degree with relevant experience; minimum Master s degree and 3 years quantitative science experience.


**Description:**

The client is seeking a Biomedical Data Analyst with a quantitative science background (statistics, data science, computer science, mathematics, or similar), proficient in database and programming, and a passion for drug development. The candidate will primarily collaborate within the Biomedical Data Stewardship team, with potential collaboration with an analytic group within the Global Statistical Science team. Responsibilities include extraction, consolidation, analysis, and presentation of complex internal and external clinical trial data standards. Additionally, the role involves the development of data visualization, statistical/machine learning algorithms, and analytic pipeline/applications in R/Shiny. Leadership opportunities in clinical development strategy may arise, addressing scientific questions through practical quantitative thinking.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client s data standards structure and Metadata Repository (MDR) product.

- Identify areas for improvement and expansion in MDR design.

- Integrate with MDR for visualization of standards, compliance reporting, and metrics.

- Utilize SAS Enterprise Guide to develop and maintain SAS programs for data extraction and creation of datasets, reports, and workbooks.

- Develop and maintain VBA programs for automating repetitive document/file processing activities.

- Support the development of machine learning and other statistical models.


**Basic Qualifications:**

- Master s degree and 3 years quantitative science experience OR Bachelor s degree and 5 years quantitative science experience OR proficient in SAS programming language.

- Good understanding of clinical trials and clinical data.

- Proficient in R programming language and Shiny app development.


**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Doctoral degree or master s degree with relevant experience.

- 4 or more years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in drug development.

- Proven project leadership experience.

- Experience in designing, analyzing, and reporting clinical trials.

- Excellent SAS and/or R computing, modeling, and visualization skills.

- Experience working with multiple languages in the Shiny environment (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, Python, VBA, etc.).

- Independent, self-motivated, with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
