As an Office Manager at B&B Locksmith, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinating our locksmith technician's daily schedules, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsiblities:
- Supervise and lead office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate and manage our locksmith technician's daily schedules
- Handle payroll
- Plan and coordinate office meetings
- Maintain office calendars and schedules efficiently
- Handle vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Manage front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in locksmith or service industry is preferred*
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred*
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills
- Strong team management skills and task prioritization
- Proficiency in supervising staff
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Ability to plan and execute office events effectively
- Proficient in calendar management for scheduling purposes
- Skilled in vendor management
- Familiarity with general office operations
