Carri re Freres is the second brand of the company and is positioned as a natural, sustainable, botanical, home fragrance brand. It pays homage to the Carri re brothers who took possession of the former Royal Wax Manufacture in 1884.



Job Description:


Trudon is seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. As an Area Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in growing the business of existing customers while expanding our presence in the region by identifying, engaging and nurturing selective high-end new customers. You will be responsible for promoting our two Luxury Brands, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Develop good business potential Leads: Actively prospect and generate new sales leads in the independent perfumery & home & Decor distribution channel.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure their candle and Body fragrance business is developing well.


  • Product Training: Develop a deep understanding of Trudon and Carri re Fr res offerings and effectively communicate their unique qualities to clients.


  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, outlining the benefits of our Brands and how they can enhance the ambiance of homes and businesses.


  • Sales Targets: Meet assigned sales targets and distribution objectives while managing a sales assortment and launch implementations efficiently.


  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights for refining sales strategies.


  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.


  • Travel: This role requires regular travels (50%) within the Midwest region to meet clients and attend trainings and events.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury goods or home decor industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ideally based in Chicago area
