The team is a diverse blend of industry experts and are seeking a skilled Land Development Engineer to join them in one of their Florida offices (Orlando/Tampa/Jacksonville).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative land development projects with a primary focus on water resources.
  • Conduct site assessments, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, and provide technical expertise in storm water management and drainage design.
  • Develop and review engineering plans, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering insightful solutions to meet project goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Water Resources or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Florida.
  • Proven experience in land development engineering with a focus on water resources.
  • Proficiency in hydrological and hydraulic modelling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
