HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist Licensed or Registered as a LCSW, LMFT, ASW, AMFT or Mental Health Counselor Licensed or Registered as a LPC or APCC for a community based out-patient Psychiatric Urgent Care that is part of a larger Mental Health Agency providing rehabilitative Mental Health Services to individuals that are un-resourced in the San Francisco, California Bay Area. This role is perfect for an Associate Mental Health Clinician that possess management experience, or Licensed Mental Health Clinician looking to get into leadership.
- Manager works Monday through Friday; full-time, 40 hours per week, no call
- Manager, if ASW, ACSW, AMFT, APCC will have access to Clinical Supervisor for Clinical Supervision hours
- Manager is a part of the Clinical Administrative team overseeing the work flow of the Mental Health Urgent Care clinic
- Manager assures staff works cohesively in the delivery of care
- Manager oversees day to day operations
- Manager supervises, and coaches clinicians, overseeing the delivery of service
- Manager oversees assignment of client and client management
- Manager manages data collection and documentation
- Manager maintains effective relationships with PRN staffs and develops staff schedules
- Manager maintains computer requirements od San Francisco Community Behavioral Health Services
- Manager develops relationships with clients and community partners ensuring facility maintains welcoming non-institutional ambiance
- Manager keeps up to date trend reports including referral patterns, clinical presentation trends, shift treatment outcomes
- Manager will be effective in crisis management
- Manager collaborates with leadership of sister residential programs, keeping clients moving along to long-term rehabilitative services
- Manager will assist with intake and discharges as needed
ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT Manager Requirements:
- Degree
- and current BBS Registration or License
- year of Supervision experience
- year case management experience
- of San Francsico Public Mental Health System
- to learn social rehabilitation model
