Job Details
TBG is currently partnered with a fast-growing QSR (Quick Serve) Restaurant chain located in New Jersey looking to add an IT Director to the organization. They are considering candidates from the Dallas Fort Worth metro area who are able to travel occasionally to the NJ office. You must have experience in QSR and restaurant (not retail) POS systems to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Daily support of the corporate technical environment as well as implementing new policies and procedures.
- Work with outside vendors to implement and support new technology
- Help assess and choose a new POS system to be implemented. Be responsible for all maintenance and enhancements to the system.
Required Experience Includes:
- Experience providing sole support to a corporate office of 50+ employees.
- Experience migrating from Google Suite to MS365 and implementing new policies and procedures to add structure and enhance the technical environment
- Experience implementing, maintaining and updating restaurant POS system for minimum of 75 locations including data integration.
- Experience writing scripts to automate, M365, Windows, Excel, etc.
This role requires some travel to Monmouth County NJ.
You must have significant QSR and POS experience to be considered for this role.
