We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at NOUN - A boutique style hotel in the Tribute Collection. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with Marriott properties and Light Speed preferred. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them into their rooms
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
