The staff is honestly more like a great big extended family which is beyond amazing. The work-life balance is outstanding and I have the ability to have a very flexible schedule which is huge when you have children. The farm is growing more and more each year and it's very exciting to see that growth and to know I am a part of the team that is making that happen! Most of my teammates are seasonal but we all work very hard and have fun. The owners respect our efforts and listen to our ideas. For some the farm is a fun summer job where they get to spend time outside surrounded by lavender. For others, the farm is an internship where they learn unique skill sets from an agritourism destination. And for me, this is a forever job. The owners have allowed me to demonstrate my capabilities and I continue to evolve my position alongside this extraordinary company.
