SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and kitchen equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and cooking facilities.
- Maintain and repair both restroom and food stand plumbing and associated equipment
- Respond to service calls and expedite repairs
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
- Maintain records of equipment installed and removed
- Maintain and repair make-up exhaust air handling units, including fans and motors
- Maintain and repair chemical feeder & UV disinfectant units
- Maintain and repair sprinkler system
- Maintain and repair pipe & pumps and equipment in water park
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years commercial , industrial experience
- Must possess the metal and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 50 ft, crawling, and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors and extreme temperatures .
- EPA License
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to uphold Guest First standards and Total Safety culture
- Valid driver s license and a clear driving record.

Pay Range: $ 21.00 - $25.00
