Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor (M.D.) specializing in Internal Medicine to join our esteemed team, Internal Medicine in Redmond, Washington. As a Physician in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional medical care to our diverse patient population.

Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine and best practices, with a focus on optimizing patient outcomes and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, specialists, and allied health professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity across healthcare settings. Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions, fostering active participation in their own healthcare journey. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities to enhance patient care delivery, advance medical knowledge, and contribute to practice growth and development. Stay abreast of advances in internal medicine, medical technology, and healthcare regulations through continuous professional development, including participation in conferences, seminars, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.

Qualifications: Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington with no restrictions. Active DEA license with no restrictions or investigations. Clinical experience in internal medicine, preferably in an outpatient setting. Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy, compassion, and respect for diversity and cultural sensitivity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
