This position calls for a lateral associate with meaningful experience in the fields of securities, banking regulatory, and corporate transactions.
Ideal candidate has multi-year experience in mergers and acquisitions and a general familiarity with 1933 Act and 1934 Act concepts in a law firm setting. Should have a firm grasp on representing financial institutions on regulatory, operational and commercial lending issues.
