PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global 3PL distribution client to hire a WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their team at their brand new facility in Savannah, GA.

As a Warehouse Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our organization.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, driving process improvement, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Warehouse Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with warehouse employees to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the headquarter management team to align operations with overall company strategies.
Daily communication with the overseas department regarding inbound and outbound shipment issues.
Regularly report warehouse/operation progress to the director.
Develop operational strategies and plans in line with company goals and objectives.
Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
Manage budgets and expenses related to operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of operational staff, setting performance targets and providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, implementing appropriate control measures and conducting audits.
Oversee supply chain management, including procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.
Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.
Identify and assess potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments, recommending innovative solutions or technologies to improve operations.
Warehouse Operations Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with a willingness to communicate daily with our overseas department.
