Someone whod jump in with sleeves rolled up and make significant contributions to customer partnerships and internal stakeholders. This position is diverse in scope and offers significant exposure to the overall Phenom enterprise.

Responsibilities:

* Become an expert in leveraging the Phenom TXM platform to solve our clients challenges.

* Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

* Support customers in finding the best ways of working within their business environment.

* Enable internal business leaders to achieve customer objectives by providing consultative guidance and support.

* Coordinate customer strategies with internal stakeholders.

* Identify patterns with a focus on process/business operations to allow scalability within the organization.

* Proactively reach out to clients to drive further adoption at existing customer accounts.

* Identify risk within the customer base and provide retention strategies as necessary.

* Be a customer evangelist.

**Work Experience**

* Five+ years experience at a Business-to-Business organization interacting with executive-level individuals

* Graduated with a BS/BA degree from a respected college or university.

* A detail-oriented, process-driven thinker with relentless follow-through.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot based on business needs.

* Demonstrated ability to craft personal, succinct, professional emails to business executives.

* Willingness to go the extra mile for the customer while being patient, professional, and consultative.

* Excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

* Good knowledge of SaaS platform basics and enterprise software space overall.
