Our client company is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Manager Leader to lead their marketing strategy, planning, and small team. You will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to advance business and promote client loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring high-performing marketing team
- Developing strategic plans to support business initiatives
- Liaising between Business Unit Leaders and marketing department
- Building long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Implementing lead generation programs
- Directing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs creation
- Offering innovative marketing solutions
- Managing client database and promotional activities
- Maintaining a consistent brand image
- Planning strategic campaigns based on market trends
- Overseeing external marketing communication
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor s degree in related field
- Proficient leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic programs
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Construction industry experience a huge plus.
