Responsibilities Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development Qualifications Hotel experienced preferred Banquet experience preferred Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards Understanding of national food and health safety regulations High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred Over 3 years in food and beverage management Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
