**Line Worker (1st Shift)**
en Crescent 571 Independence Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA **Position Summary**
Crescent Line Workers are responsible to perform their assigned duties in a manner which is safe, and efficient while focusing on the creation of a high quality product. The business will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 Ps:

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**Safety**
* Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook Doing it Safe
* Ensure a work environment which is safe and maintained where our people can safely grow and develop
* Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
* Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes and product damages accurately and according to processes
* Comply with all OSHA, ISO and company standards

* Pack, sort and stacking products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion

* Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
* Works with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging

* Responsible for line production, labeling and packaging of products

* Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding errors

**Work Environment / Physical Demands**
* Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
* Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
* Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
* Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
* Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
* Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled

**Qualifications**
* Highschool diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
* Ability to follow written and oral instructions
* Ability to work well with others
* Possess basic math skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior packaging experience
