**Description**
As a manager in training (MIT) you will:
* Receive introductory/new hire training for 3-4 months
* Receive advanced store management training for 9-12 months
* Hold your team accountable for performance standards
* Provide leadership to the store team by rewarding and recognizing performance, coaching employees
* Drive store execution and performance (sales)
* Consistently progress towards the completion of program milestones
* Represent and live Jockey values
What you bring to the team:
* Must be 18 years of age
* High School diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of leadership experience in a service driven environment
* Must be able to relocate (at least within 250-mile radius)
