Responsibilities:

Provide strategic counsel on a variety of intellectual property matters.
Devise and implement global IP strategies, offering transatlantic support to clients and coordinating seamlessly across jurisdictions.
Leverage significant experience in key industry sectors such as Entertainment & Media, Energy & Natural Resources, Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Transportation.
Advise clients on prioritising IP objectives, ensuring optimal outcomes based on budget constraints, and offering insights on risk mitigation strategies.
Guide clients on choosing between pursuing registered IP rights and relying on unregistered rights.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as an attorney specialising in intellectual property law, with a focus on patents, copyrights, trademarks, and related areas.
In-depth understanding of key industry sectors, coupled with the ability to tailor legal advice to meet the unique needs of clients.
Experience in providing transatlantic support and managing intellectual property matters across different jurisdictions.
Demonstrated ability to devise and implement global IP strategies, providing valuable counsel on risk mitigation and budget optimisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
