Inside Sales Representative

Location: Kirkland, IL

Shift Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (determined by experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage with prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and guests.
Contribute to accomplishing sales goals.
Manage a high volume of work effectively and efficiently.
Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
Complete internal service requests and data entry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in sales.
