Location: Blacklick, OH, US **Impact the Moment** As a **Senior Buyer** youll be responsible for end-to-end process of order entry and maintenance for assigned titles for book, non-book and component orders. This includes working with inventory, comp, production, and print vendors to ensure all products are manufactured and delivered on a timely basis. In addition, youll be responsible for resolving invoice and receipt issues of assigned titles. **What you will be doing:** Input and/or verification of product specifications into MSS (manufacturing solution system) Maintaining product and schedule information in MSS Completing purchase order estimates Coordinating delivery dates of corrections and components to vendors Negotiating schedule dates to meet business unit needs Monitoring schedules Resolving questions and issues from suppliers and the Business Unit Communicating the most current product status to the Business Unit **Were looking for someone with:** BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience Proficient with MS Office, Oracle, Windows 10, Microsoft Teams Database maintenance preferred Successful project management experience Demonstrated strong customer-service orientation Demonstrated success with achieving service level expectations and/or fast-paced environments Outstanding organizational and planning skills required Must have excellent communication skills, writing in particular with strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and business communication Ability to work autonomously with team support and resources As an education innovation company, were proud to play our part by inspiring learners around the world.
