**Inventory & Projects Coordinator**
**Job Description**
We have an immediate opening for a full-time, non-exempt **Inventory & Projects Coordinator** to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining repack inventory by FIFO and keeping up with production schedule. Also provides supervision, training, and assistance to assigned volunteers, ensuring that they have a safe, secure, and positive experience. Works closely with Volunteer Programs team.

**Volunteer Supervision**
This position supervises assigned warehouse volunteers and their activities
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work nights and weekends
Ability to speak confidently in front of groups
Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
Previous Warehouse or Grocery experience
Previous experience supervising volunteers
**Employment Requirements**
Negative Drug Screen
Success Background Clearance,
Complete Forklift Training Class once hired
Completed SERV Safe training once hired
**Physical Environment**
Primary work is in a warehouse environment
Must be able to get into a forklift and operate all the controls
Employee can be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Required to pull in excess of 1000 lbs with a pallet jack
Employee must be comfortable working with large groups of people
The employee must be able to operate forklift and pallet jacks
The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
