**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:**
High school Diploma or GED Certificate.
6 months - 1 year of retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience.
Aptitude to learn communication products and services.
Ability to work independently without close supervision.
Self-motivation to achieve targets needed to attain monthly goals.
Strong com munication skills.
Ability to provide high levels of customer service and interact positively with customers to offer sales solution for communication needs.
Ability to reconcile/ balance cash registers.
Good decision-making skills.
Bilingual skills in Navajo/English
Valid Driver's License required (subject to motor record review).
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:**
Qualify customers and sell products and services in order to achieve attainment of all net sales and revenue goals.
Demonstrate and communicate service and device feature functionality, billing procedures and equipment usage to each customer.
Perform outbound calls to proactively follow-up with customer after the sales to guarantee product and customer satisfaction.
Provide basic troubleshooting and customer service support for questions.
Effectively perform back office duties including inventory and repair, accessory stock, shipping and receiving of repairs with third party vendor and basic handset and/ or system upgrades.
Thorough understanding of industry-wide wireless products and services.
Working knowledge of billing and support systems as well as Microsoft Office suite.
Strong background in retail sales, distribution and merchandising.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
