**Position Title:** Territory Sales Manager NJ / Eastern PA

**Job Summary: Professional Field sales position for GLI Pool Products responsible for growing GLI sales in a specific marketplace via our distributor partners, OEMs and Strive for Five dealers.**

**Preferred Experience/Qualifications: Sales experience of 7 years or more, undergraduate college degree, excellent communication and analytical skills and a willingness to travel 60% or more.**

**Territory Sales Role:**

* Work directly with all internal staff and customers to profitably grow GLI sales in all key categories.

* Become the expert in the territory.

* Effectively communicate and understand all GLI programs and products.

* Understand and be able to articulate market sizes, opportunities and competitive influences in the respective marketplace.

* Develop and train customers in the measuring and proper installation of safety covers and ln ground liners

* Develop, in conjunction with marketing, sales programs to add value to specific customers and/or geographic area

* Work with the RSM to develop an annual plan of growth for each account

* Proactively resolve fit issues with dealers and consumers.

* Represents the company at distributor open houses, regional trade shows, and other events as requested.

* Effectively can conduct and coordinate technical seminars

* Calls on dealers in market areas to promote our programs and products which pulls sales through our distribution network

**Working Conditions:**

Work is split between home location and on the road performing sales calls. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday and will vary between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Additional hours may be required during the week or on weekends.

Necessary computer equipment, telephone, and internet access will be supplied by and remain the property of GLI. Workspace, utilities, insurance, and safety will be the responsibility of the employee.

GLI will reimburse all normal and customary expense for required travel for the employee. Reimbursement is obtained by the submission of receipts and the required expense report to the supervisor. Reimbursement will be in the form of direct deposit to the employees bank account.

**Nature of Supervision Received:**

Work is performed under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager.

Work will be conducted independently within authority limits and experience level.

Daily discussion and reporting to supervisor on work performed, problems encountered and resolved, and other issues pertinent to the tasks assigned.
