Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and determine the most effective marketing tactics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects and leading teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello, Asana).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
