The Marking Manager is a one-of a kind, multi-faceted, brilliant and innovate problem solver with a zest for the finer things in life. This is THE role for the person who is a self-starter, marketing minded individual, who brings a diverse background in lead generation.

The purpose of the Marketing Manager is to design, develop, administer, generate, and nurture leads. This is done through various mediums such as, but not limited to: digital marketing, direct mail, SMS marketing, email marketing, local marketing, organic search, pay-per-click, etc.

Reports to: General Manager

Scope of Role Summary:


  • Oversee the performance of all lead sources, including delivery rate, conversion rates, costs, and returns, ensuring they meet established standards.
  • Manage compliance of all external communications such as email, text, and direct mail, staying updated on legal and regulatory requirements to protect the company s interests.
  • Enhance customer journeys by analyzing key touchpoints, removing barriers to entry, implementing customer feedback mechanisms, and improving satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Track and report on customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports across the company.
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively segment customers, personalize marketing efforts, and optimize engagement and retention rates.
  • Focus on increasing conversion rates across digital platforms by enhancing the sales funnel, website design, and user experience. Track, analyze, and improve these metrics through various strategies including A/B testing.
  • Conduct detailed ROI analysis on marketing initiatives to guide financial decisions and resource allocation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a relevant and forward-looking marketing strategy.
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to define target audiences and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistency with the company s mission and values. Develop and execute brand strategies across all stakeholder touchpoints and measure their effectiveness.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and act as a mentor and change leader within the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with long-term company objectives, anticipate market trends, and propose strategic milestones.
  • Manage all lead generation methods, including email, text, and direct mail campaigns, and oversee Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Update website and social media platforms, produce brand-centered content, and manage the company's online presence and reviews.
  • Support sales and the merchant concierge department in increasing conversion rates and manage direct reports, ensuring their development and conducting regular one-on-one meetings.


Compensation

Salary: $100,000+ DOE

The role may demand for more than 40-hour work week and work will be completed as needed.
