Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring Composite Lay-Up Technicians for a 6+ month project in Tacoma, WA.
Pay: $45/hr ST; $67.50/hr OT
In addition to hourly pay, qualified out-of-area contractors will receive $176 daily allowance for lodging, $1,232 max allowance per week.
As a composite technician, you will perform composite lay-up/lamination to wrap and form composite materials to molds.
Required Skills and Experience for Composite Technician:
- 5+ years lay-up or lamination experience
- 5+ years aerospace manufacturing experience
Working conditions:
Standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
Lifting and handling objects up to 40 pounds
Estimated duration is 6+ months (possibility of extension).
