New As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will provide order management support for customers, ensuring orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner! You will ensure timely customer follow-up in resolving order discrepancies and ensuring all special customer requirements are met to the happiness of the customer. **Key Responsibilities** : **Customer Service** Provide support to internal and external customers. Customers, sales force, marketing, Production, Inventory Control, shippers, Warehouses, Customs brokers, Product management, transportation **Projects** assignment to support customer service process improvements as assigned by supervisor, i.e. procedures, studies **Database Maintenance** Continuously update data to reflect the latest shop and distributor information. Assists in maintaining the quality and integrity of unique customer information within the customer knowledge database; Logs incoming/outgoing customer calls within the PPG Customer Relationship Management Database **Qualifications** : * Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in customer service demonstrating responsibility for order management or customer advocacy

* High School Degree or Equivalent

* Customer Service/Call Center experience

**Computer/Software Skills** : * Prior Oracle experience a plus but not required

* MS Office 365 Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
