Key Responsibilities:
The Learning Content Project Manager should be able to handle multiple priorities and will involved with many facets of the company, including:
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth execution of content development projects.
- Expert Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for course content creators and subject matter experts, providing necessary support and resources.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor content quality and adherence to our standards and client requirements.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather and implement feedback from stakeholders to improve content effectiveness and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven ability to balance holding partners accountable while maintaining a positive relationship
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for Sports: Interest in and understanding of the professional sports landscape.
- Bias Toward Action: Resourcefulness, scrappiness, and proven ability to execute projects to completion.
