Job Details
Responsibilities
- Visit locations that are under construction or remodel during the construction period to inspect progress on the project and ensure that installation and programming guidelines are being followed.
- Develop a commissioning plan for each assigned project based on the plans and specifications provided by the EMS Engineering team.
- Perform on-site commissioning tasks including point-to-point testing and verification of proper programming for all EMS controlled equipment.
- Prepare interim reports of commissioning activity as required and a final report identifying all exceptions and/or out-of-spec conditions.
- Make minor control wiring changes as required.
- Make minor programming changes as required.
- Work with Construction Project Manager to get all exceptions corrected.
- Ability to travel throughout New England on a daily basis. 90% travel
Required Education and Experience- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in supermarket construction, engineering, or maintenance.
- Experience in operation and programming of Danfoss and/or Emerson supermarket control systems required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- AutoCAD experience beneficial but not required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
