Lead Commissioning Agent

Responsibilities

  • Visit locations that are under construction or remodel during the construction period to inspect progress on the project and ensure that installation and programming guidelines are being followed.
  • Develop a commissioning plan for each assigned project based on the plans and specifications provided by the EMS Engineering team.
  • Perform on-site commissioning tasks including point-to-point testing and verification of proper programming for all EMS controlled equipment.
  • Prepare interim reports of commissioning activity as required and a final report identifying all exceptions and/or out-of-spec conditions.
  • Make minor control wiring changes as required.
  • Make minor programming changes as required.
  • Work with Construction Project Manager to get all exceptions corrected.
  • Ability to travel throughout New England on a daily basis. 90% travel


Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in supermarket construction, engineering, or maintenance.
  • Experience in operation and programming of Danfoss and/or Emerson supermarket control systems required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • AutoCAD experience beneficial but not required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
